- These rules (hereinafter – the Rules) establish the possible ways of donating on the website https://mazasiskonvojus.lt/ (hereinafter – the Website), and the rights and obligations of the Website operator – PI “Tarptautinis Ukrainos Draugų fondas” (legal entity code: 306213606, registered office address: Konduktorių g. 25, Lentvaris, Trakai district, Lithuania) (hereinafter – the Foundation) and the donors.
- Definitions used in the Rules:
2.1. Donating person or Donor – a natural or legal person donating money or other support in one of the ways specified on the Website.
2.2. Recurring donor – a natural person who has chosen to donate a selected amount of support each month in the manner specified in Clause 3 of the Rules. - Donation methods:
3.1. By bank transfer: using the provided details.
3.2. Using electronic banking, payment card, or digital wallets: The Website accepts payments via Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių bankas electronic banking services, Visa / MasterCard payment cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments can be made in Euros. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform. - Recurring donation:
4.1. Recurring donations by payment card or digital payment methods can be set up on the Website by selecting the recurring support option and entering the required data.
4.2. The first monthly payment will be charged immediately after submitting the required data. Subsequently, the selected amount will be automatically debited once a month from the account linked to the payment card used for the donation.
4.3. If there are insufficient funds in the account linked to the payment card to make the recurring payment, the payment may fail.
4.4. Recurring payments are indefinite but can be canceled at any time by the Recurring Donor’s decision. To cancel a recurring donation subscription, please contact us by email at info@mazasiskonvojus.lt. We undertake to respond to your email within 2 (two) business days and to cancel the subscription within 5 (five) business days of receiving your email. - Support from legal entities:
5.1. If you are a company, institution, or organization and wish to provide support, you can do so by making a transfer to the provided bank details, indicating “SUPPORT” in the payment purpose.
5.2. To support with a larger amount or to conclude a support agreement, please contact us by email at info@mazasiskonvojus.lt. - The donating person assumes full and any responsibility for the accuracy of the personal data provided and the transparency of the donated funds.
- Upon receiving confirmation of the money transfer from the bank or payment partner, the amount is immediately added to the total amount of funds collected.
- The Foundation reserves the right to update or change the Rules at any time. Such updated or changed Rules will take effect from the day of their publication on the Website. We recommend checking the Rules periodically to ensure that you are satisfied with the current version.
- Donated funds:
9.1. It is important to understand that your donated amount goes into the general budget of the Foundation, from which the needs of the “Mažasis konvojus” project are financed.
9.2. The war is unpredictable, so there is always a possibility that at a certain time, a different type of aid will be needed than planned. The needs are dictated by the situation on the front line, and the final decision on what kind of support will be purchased and provided is made by the Foundation to achieve maximum efficiency. - Donation Refund Policy:
10.1. Donated money can be refunded only in exceptional cases.
10.2. The right to a refund applies if a person makes an obvious mistake when entering the amount of money they wish to donate (e.g., entered 1000 EUR instead of 10.00 EUR) and seeks to recover part of it. In such a case, they must contact us within three working days of making the transfer, clearly explaining the situation and submitting a request for a refund of all or part of the donated amount.
10.3. The Foundation, after evaluating the information provided, makes an individual decision in each case. We will refund your money no later than 14 days from a positive decision and receipt of a reasoned request. - Contacts:
